Another recipe I create on my own. I love to try varieties and somehow it turn out well. Hubby said his tummy is happy and that why he reluctantly have meal outside. He is a family man and he prefer to have food at home. And I am more than happy to cook all the meal because it is my hobby too 😃 no artificial flavor only salt and brown sugar. Betsy -

Special Edition Unique Dry Curry Special Edition Unique Dry Curry
I have been making dry curry in this way for a long time! This time I made it for lunch .The spiciness is addictive, and the mildness of egg mellows out the taste .Give it a try.Heat over low at first to keep the frying pan from burning. The most important thing is to mix the curry powder throughout in Step 5. It will be difficult to flavor the rice if you don't do this part properly. Also, when pouring white wine, use the side of a wooden spatula to sauté quickly to evaporate the water content. For 1 serving. Recipe by Rugyaraga- cookpad.japan -

Simple and Quick Curry Rice in 15 Minutes Simple and Quick Curry Rice in 15 Minutes
Sometimes I feel like "ahh, I don't want to cook anything..." Well, that's when I make this curry. The curry tastes good without simmering too long thanks to the smoky flavor of sausages and the spice of "Doro" sauce. I've listed the vegetables I used, but you can actually use any kind that cooks fast. I also recommend using kabocha squash or cabbage since they add a natural sweetness to the curry. For 3-4 servings. Recipe by Shampoo hat cookpad.japan
