Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 3bags Parsley (minced)
  2. 1half of the amount of parsley Green onions (chopped)
  3. 2Tomatoes (medium)
  4. 100 gramsBulgar flour
  5. 1Mint leaves (optional)
  6. 2Lemon
  7. 3 tbspOlive oil
  8. 1 cloveGarlic (grated)
  9. 1Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Sauté the grated garlic and olive oil until fragrant, then let cool.

    Rehydrate the Bulgar flour. Soak the flour in a little more salted water than flour. It should be a little firm.

    Finely chop the parsley.

  4. 4

    Thinly slice the green onions. Finely chop the mint leaves as well.

  5. 5

    Put Steps 2 - 4 in a bowl with the chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Add the garlic olive oil from Step 1 and mix well, being careful not to crush the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to finish.
