In a large bowl combine your flour,spices and raising agents and whisk until combined.

In a separate bowl add the oil and sugar and mix. Add in the eggs and mix in thoroughly.

Pour the wet into the dry and gently fold in. Fold in the grated carrot a d pour into a prepared 8×8 pan. Bake at 180degrees until a toothpick comes out clean.

My father always had something to say about the raw eggs, but my mother didn’t care. Haha, I survived!! Anyway, I got this lamb mold and I wanted to try it out, so I made a carrot cake.
