Firstly blend dates and chiku into a blender, until becomes fine paste.

Futher add milk and ice cubes blend again.

Now in serving glasses and enjoy.

It was my first time preparing mlima. It can be challenging if you are not up to the task but it is very satisfying. It basically very large chunks of beef prepared into a stew. I served mine with pilau and chapati. Though I only have the recipe for the mlima and pilau it is very satisfying.
