Ingredients

  1. Omena(3 cups)
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 2medium onions
  4. C.oil
  5. 3medium tomatoes
  6. 1green chilli

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the omena in a sufuria for 2-3 mins.

    Drain the remaining water. Rinse the omena in cold water.

  3. 3

    Dry them with a kitchen towel.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan. When heated add the omena and spread. Fry under low heat. Fry till golden brown/crunchy.

    In another pan heat fry onions till translucent.

  6. 6

    Blend your tomatoes+chilli and add them to the onions.(You can add little water at this point if you do not want them dry.)

    Add the fried omena and turn them using a fork. Cool for 3-5 mins

    Add dhania. Serve.
