Cooking Instructions

Prepare ingredients.
- 2
Add butter and chopped chives to wide pan saute till softened.

Add flour and stir quickly and add cream.
- 4
Add Terere, let it sit for a minute and then stir till well combined.
- 5
As the water evaporates the greens will reduce in half. Add Nutmeg and salt to taste. Stir.

Cook for 5 minutes and turn off heat.
- 7
Serve as a side dish.
