Cooking Instructions
- 1
Vanilla Sponge Cake: Add the sugar to the 2 eggs and whip with a whisk until thick enough that ribbons form.
- 2
Add the sifted flour (60 g) and use a spatula to mix it in well.
- 3
Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla essence. Combine well.
- 4
Pour into the cake pan and thoroughly remove the air bubbles.
- 5
Bake for 18-20 minutes in a preheated 170°C oven.
- 6
Cocoa Sponge Cake: Add the sugar to the 2 eggs and whip well with a whisk until ribbons form.
- 7
Sift together the cocoa powder and the flour and then add to Step 6. Use a spatula to mix in well.
- 8
Add the milk and melted butter and combine well.
- 9
Tiramisu Sauce: Add 10 g of sugar to the egg yolk and whip until it becomes white.
- 10
Mix the mascarpone cheese into the batter in several batches.
- 11
In a separate bowl, combine 10 g of sugar and the egg whites. Whip until peaks form.
- 12
Add Step 13 to Step 12 in several batches and stir.
- 13
Cut out 1 heart shape from each cake and then cut the remaining cake into 1cm cubes.
- 14
Use melted chocolate as glue as you assemble the cubes into a square, alternating colors.
- 15
Cut out a heart shape from the cubed square with a heart shaped cookie cutter.
- 16
Coat the heart shaped sponge cakes with espresso
- 17
Sprinkle the cubed sponge cake with brandy while still in the cookie cutter.
- 18
Place the vanilla heart shaped sponge cake on top of the cubed heart cake, and then place them on top of the cocoa sponge cake. Press the vanilla heart shaped sponge cake from the top, and push it through the cookie cutter to shape all the cakes together.
- 19
Spread brandy on the top of the cake again and coat with the tiramisu sauce. Dust with cocoa powder and it's done.
- 20
This is a chocolate cake version.

Strawberry Tiramisu Mousse Cake Strawberry Tiramisu Mousse Cake
I found small strawberries on sale... I was planning to make cake, so I stocked up on strawberries and made this cute mousse cake.To make sure the cake won't fall apart, I add 1 gram of gelatin to both the tiramisu and the mousse. Strawberry Tiramisu Roll Cake Strawberry Tiramisu Roll Cake
I had a strawberry tiramisu cake that was super delicious, o I wanted to try making a roll cake, too.Dried fruit will plump while cooking, so cut it into small pieces.Dissolve 1~2 drops of food coloring into water and add to Step 9. (If you add the food coloring as-is, you'll end up with red splotches.)If the baking time is too short, it will be too soft and won't peel off the baking sheet. So please be sure to bake until the surface turns a nicely baked color. For 27 x 27 cm [10.6 x 10.6 in] baking pan. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -
Christmas Fruit Tiramisu Cake Christmas Fruit Tiramisu Cake
※I made this for a Christmas sweets contest sponsored by a jam manufacturer. I used sugarfree jam, which goes perfectly with fresh fruit and mascarpone! The natural sweetness is really delicious. Using chiffon cake as the container, something I wanted to try out too, went just as planned too!- When working with the cream and jam in step 5, it is convenient to squeeze it out of a pastry bag. Please let the cake sit overnight to let it settle well. I use the cake film to cover the distortions of the cake and also to wrap it with a ribbon. You can also use copying paper etc., but you can omit this step if you don't feel like it. Recipe by Ranpuai. cookpad.japan -
Tiramisu Cream Filled Chocolate Cakes Tiramisu Cream Filled Chocolate Cakes
This is a special cake, I made it in special pans but it can be adapted to 24 standard cupcakes, which would be filled and glazed or 2 – 9 inches cake pans with a generous filling and glazing the top. The cupcakes baking time would be about the same. The cake layers about 20 to 25 minutes. This is well worth the time for a truly beautiful delicious cake! fenway -
