Cooking Instructions

In a pan fry your onions, garlic and ginger.

Add grated potatoes, zucchini and capsicum (+ other veggies you may like).
Add salt, herbs and spices.
Cook on low heat until slightly undercooked.

In a shallow baking pan add some oil, transfer your cooked mixture.
Add sausages /ham and cheese and pour in beaten eggs.
Bake on low heat for about 15 minutes.

Remove baking pan when mixture is baked firm and a fork comes out clean.

Serve with a salad and enjoy!
