Cooking Instructions

In a sauce pan put your cut pork wth a little salt and olive oil cover the sauce pan and place under low heat for the pork to cook well

In about 20 mins time remove the lid and add onions stir well till golden brown add food masala ginger and garlic cut in jullienes(thin strips)

Stir until the pork starts to brown and crispy
Remove excess fats from the pork and cover the pork with a aluminium foil to allow the pork to soften while still crispy
Garnish with shallots
Ready for service - 4
For the lettuce cut the lettuce in desired size, cut onions and tomatoes in julienne
In a sauce pan add little oil and put the lettuce onions add tomatoes
In a low heat saute for a minute and take them off the heat
