Ingredients

  1. 1 kgwheat flour
  2. 1000 mlwater
  3. Cooking oil
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 3table spoons of sugar
  6. 2table spoons of salt

    Place the flour in a bowl and create a circle at the center.

    Add some water, cooking oil,salt, sugar and the cup of milk.

    Add a little more oil and knead well. Cover the dough and leave it to stand for about 15 minutes.

    Place the dough on a rolling board. Spread it using the rolling pink to a satisfying size. Cut parallel like in the photo

    Roll the cut pieces to form a rings.

    Pre heat the pan and roll the chapattis and cook on low heat.

  7. 7

    Serve your chapatis hot with some stew. For me I served them with a green peas and potatoes.
