    Wash omena with warm water and set aside to dry while you prepare the ingredients.

    In saucepan, add oil and heat, add omena and fryy until golden ish.

    Add onion and garlic then stir and fry for 5 minutes.
    Add tomato and salt to taste. Stir and cook over medium low heat for 5 minutes or until tomatoes are soft and juicy.

    Squeezed the lemon juice in and stir, switch off the heat.
    Serve hot with ugali.
    Enjoy🌶️🍅
