Ingredients

  1. 5large eggs-boiled
  2. Bread crumbs
  3. Boxloaf -festive
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Salt
  6. Spices of your choice-preference
  7. Sausages/smokies
  8. 2raw eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Boil smokies for 2minutes then Peel them to remove the hard outer part to make it easier to mash them

  2. 2

    Remove the shells from the boiled eggs and set them aside

  3. 3

    Cover the each egg at a time with the mashed smokies

  4. 4

    Coat the precooked scotch eggs with the bread crumbs

  5. 5

    Roll above in the eggs

  6. 6

    Final coating with the bread crumbs

  7. 7

    Deep fry them

  8. 8

    Serve them hot
