Ingredients

  1. 1 dozenhard boiled eggs
  2. 3 lbground sausage

Steps

  1. 1

    Spilt sausage into 1/4 lb balls

  2. 2

    Peel eggs. And wrap each egg with 1/4 pound of sausage.

  3. 3

    Smoke at 250° for Aprox. 2 hrs or until sausage is cooked thru. Serve with horseradish sauce or spicy brown mustard.
