Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgreen peas
  2. 200 gmpaneer
  3. 2onions
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 1 tspginger-chilli-garlic paste
  6. 1 tspoil
  7. 1 tspghee
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1/2turmeric powder
  11. 1 tspgaram masala
  12. 1 fresh malai
  13. 1 tspkasuri methi
  14. 2 tspfresh coriander leaves
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. as requiredWater

Cooking Instructions

    Keep the ingredients ready. Heat a pan add ghee and fry paneer.

    Now in the same pan add oil and add onions along with ginger-chilli-garlic paste and saute well. Then add all masala mix it well and add tomato puri and saute for 3-5 minutes till oil is released.

    Now add fresh malai and kasuri methi after crushing it using both palms. Saute it well. Now it's time to add peas and paneer. Mix well. Add salt and water as required. Cover the lid and cook till the peas are soften and masala absorbs.

    Our Matar-Paneer curry is ready so finally add garam masala and coriander leaves and serve it hot with roti, naan, puri, paratha, kulcha or rice.
