Ingredients

  1. Potatoes
  2. 1 teaspooncurry powder
  3. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  4. 5 tablespoonscooking oil
  5. 1 tablespoonsalt
  6. For the beef stew
  7. Beef
  8. 3tomatoes (diced)
  9. 1onion (chopped)
  10. 1green bell pepper (diced)
  11. 1carrot (diced)
  12. 1 teaspoonroyco mchuzi mix
  13. Cooking oil
  14. Salt to taste
  15. 1 handfulcorriander (chopped)

Cooking Instructions

    Peel your potatoes.

  2. 2

    Cut them into your desired shape and wash.

  3. 3

    Add in salt, cooking oil,curry powder, turmeric powder and other spices that you like and give a mix.

    Pre-heat your over for 10 minutes at 200°.

  5. 5

    Spread them evenly on your baking tray.

  6. 6

    Bake for 20-30 minutes at 200°.

    In a pot, put oil and add onions.Let them cook.

  8. 8

    Add in meat and stir.

  9. 9

    Cover and let the meat cook until soft.

  10. 10

    Add your tomatoes and royco and cover until they cook.

  11. 11

    Add salt, carrot,green bell pepper, mix and let cook for 5 -10 minutes

    Add in corriander and mix well.Let it cook for 3-5 minutes.

    Serve your wedges with beef.You can add any other side dish or just take it on it's own.
