Relish this simple homemade Dal dhokli warm it makes for a complete meal.
Cooking Instructions

Soak a bowl of pigeon peas dal or lentils water for 5 to 10 minutes. Then pressure cooks the dal for 2 to 3 whistles.

Heat a cooking vessel and add oil to it.

When the oil gets hot add the mustard seeds, finely cut green chilies, and curry leaves.

When all these splutters add the dal and mix with a ladle.

Add a bowl of water to it and let all this boil add the peanuts too

Then add the jaggery and salt and mix all this thoroughly.

Let all this come to a boil then add the leftover chapatis and a dollop of ghee.

Sprinkle some coriander leaves.

Relish it warm.
