Ginger Pork with Grated Daikon Radish

I combined my two standard recipes, refreshing ginger pork with vinegar and ginger pork with grated daikon radish.

If you are using a Teflon-coated pan, you may not need to use oil when cooking the vegetables. Stir the sauce once more before adding it to the pan. For about 3 servings. Recipe by Chobikoro

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 300 gramsThinly sliced pork
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1/2Carrot
  4. 1Cake flour
  5. For the sauce:
  6. 170 grams●Grated daikon radish
  7. 3 tbsp●Soy sauce
  8. 2 tbsp●Rice vinegar
  9. 1 tbsp●Mirin
  10. 2 tsp●Sugar
  11. 1thumb's worth ●Grated ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Thinly slice the onion into wedges and julienne the carrots.

    Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces, and coat the surface with a thin layer of flour.

    After lightly draining the water content from the grated daikon radish, add the sauce made from the combined ● ingredients, and mix well.

    Pour vegetable oil (not listed) in a pan and sauté the onion and carrot. Remove from the pan once they become tender.

    Add a little more oil, and sauté the pork from Step 2.

  6. 6

    Once the pork cooks through, add vegetables from Step 4, then add the sauce. Toss until the pork is evenly coated, then serve.
