Marbash @lolostastybite
Trust me this veggies fillings is one of the best fillings for spingrolls u can also add some shereded chicken for more taste. Preferable use sesame oil it gives it a nice taste and aroma
Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a pan add oil and saute some onions, add ginger and garlic paste with the chopped scotch bonnet
- 2
Add the shereded cabbage, carrot, seasonings, curry and give it a nice mix
- 3
Add peas, sweet corn, scallion, green pepper and mix
- 4
Note: the more u leave the fillings on heat the more sogy it become because cabbage has it natural water
And u don't want to end up with sogy spring rolls - 5

Vietnamese Style Deep Fried Spring Rolls Vietnamese Style Deep Fried Spring Rolls
I reproduced the taste from a Vietnamese restaurant! While frying, let the rolls float around in the oil without touching them since they will stick to the chopsticks easily. The temperature of the oil should be high (180-185℃) to fry them to a crisp. (It should take about a minute or so.)If you don't like cilantro, try them with chopped shiso leaves instead. Recipe by abichi cookpad.japan -
Great for Lunchboxes! Gyoza Spring Rolls Great for Lunchboxes! Gyoza Spring Rolls
These spring rolls are packed with vegetables and have a gyoza flavor that kids love! You can freeze them before frying, making them perfect for lunchboxes. I came up with this recipe when my kids were little, as a lunchbox side dish. Freezing them before frying made it convenient to fry them straight from the freezer on busy mornings. The kids found them easier to eat and tastier than regular gyoza, so they've become a family favorite. トイロ*Translated from Cookpad Japan -
