String Beans (papdi) Subji

Here we rarely get this string Beans..
This String Beans belongs to South Gujarat.
It cms in small n flat and less seeds .
It tastes soo good .
Mostly we use it in undhiyu..(mixed vegetables)
But today I made it separately.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Remove the strings,
Open the leaves n chk there's no insect or dirt.
Wash it nicely and drain the water. - 2
In a pressure cooker add oil.
Add mustard cumin and carom seeds fr crackle,add hing and chilli garlic ginger paste, saute till gets aroma..
Now add the opened beans.
Mix with tadka.
Add tomato pieces,salt, chilli coriander and turmeric powder and water.
When water starts boiling close the lid and cook for 4 whistles. - 3
Let the pressure cooker cool down..
Remove the Subji in the bowl.
Sprinkle coriander and serve with Chapati,rice... enjoy..😋👍🏻
