I make soy milk at home so I always have lots of okara left over. I want to be able to use okara more. This is a very easy recipe which is just mixing up all the ingredients and let the rice cooker do the rest of the job. It's part of our family's regular breakfast.

Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsFresh okara
  2. 150 gramsPancake Mix
  3. 3 tbspCocoa powder
  4. 20 gramsChocolate (no problem even if you don't have)
  5. 2 tbspMayonnaise
  6. 250 gramsMilk
  7. 1heaping tablespoon Honey
  8. 1 tbspButter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave in advance.

  2. 2

    Mix Step 1 and the rest of the ingredients well.

  3. 3

    Put step 2 in a rice cooker and switch it on. Cook it twice if the inside is still uncooked.

  4. 4

    This is a simple okara cake just using okara.

  5. 5

    This is a okara cake using instant coffee instead of cocoa.
