Ingredients

  1. Banana and flour pancakes
  2. Fried eggs
  3. Plantain
  4. Pizza and fries
  5. Lettuce tomato salad

Cooking Instructions

    Banana Pancakes- mash ripe bananas add in self raising flour, sugar, nutmeg and mix together. Cook on low heat.

    Leftover pizza you layer with hot fries

  3. 3

    Plaintain- deep fry in oil and dry with paper towel the excess oil

  4. 4

    Lettuce salad- cut in manageable size mix with tomato, add tour vinegar and some salt
