Ingredients

Serves about 4 servings
  1. 5 stalksasparagus
  2. 3potatoes
  3. 3 slicesbacon (or to taste)
  4. 1large clove butter
  5. 2 tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese
  6. To taste ☆black pepper, salt
  7. 1 pinch☆garlic powder (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the potatoes, place them in a bag, and microwave at 600W for 5-6 minutes. Heat until you can easily pierce them with chopsticks from top to bottom.

    Wash the asparagus and peel the skin at the base. Place in a bag and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, until they reach your desired tenderness.

    Cut the softened asparagus into 1 1/2 to 2-inch pieces.

    After microwaving, peel the potatoes and cut them into small chunks. Cut the bacon into about 1/2-inch wide pieces.

    Add the bacon to a frying pan and sauté until the bacon releases its oil.
