Ingredients

  1. 8 pcschicken wings
  2. 1 pcsmall chinese radish
  3. 1/2 pcginger
  4. 1 pcspring onion
  5. 2 spoonssoya souce
  6. 1 spoonCooking sake (japanese or chinese alchol)
  7. 1 spoonsugar

    Cut off the leg part from wings. (To make it easy to eat)

    Wash the chickens and put them into soya souce and sake for 10mins.

  3. 3

    Cut chinese raddish and spring onion into pieces. Mince ginger as well.

  4. 4

    Put little amount of oil into pan, then fly ginger and onions first. After that put chickens and bake until they get brown.

    Add the soya souce and sake remaining from process No. 2 into the pan. Add 1/2cup of water and boil. Add sugar after it boils.

    Cover with foil for ingredients to absorb stews and get soft earlier. If you don't have foil, you can use lid as usual. Boil for 15-20min, then it will be ready. If you can leave them for one night, it will absorb more taate, then it can become more tasty.
