Ingredients

  1. I cup of flour
  2. 2eggs
  3. Vanilla essence
  4. 1 teaspoonBaking powder
  5. Prestige
  6. Milk 1 small cup
  7. 1 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Add prestige and mix it with cup of sugar stir slowly and add the beaten eggs and stir until it forms a thick paste

    Add baking powder 1 teaspoon then add the sieved flour then stir using a wooden spoon

  3. 3

    Add vanilla essence then stir well

  4. 4

    Grease the sufuria using prestige and oil then pour the batter inside

  5. 5

    Put it inside a large sufuria that contains sand or salt

  6. 6

    Cover well with a lid and put charcoal on top of the lid and wait for 40 min

  7. 7

    NB: make sure the temperature is moderate meaning do not use a lot of charcoal when baking as too much heat may cause the cake to sink and may burn
