Ingredients

1 cup of all purpose flour
  1. 3/4 tspsalt
  2. 1.5 cupsSharp White Cheddar Cheese
  3. 4 tbspcold Butter
  4. 4 tbspcold water

Cooking Instructions

    Shred white Sharp Cheddar cheesse

  2. 2

    In a food processor add Shredded Cheese, Butter cubes or shredded butter, flour, salt and water! Pulse it until mixture gets crumbly and transfer into a bowl! Bind mixture to form a dough! No need to knead or over mix! Cover the dough!

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Roll dough on a floured surface to about ⅛ inch thick.Use a pastry wheel or knife to cut into 1-inch squares.Use a skewer or straw to poke a small hole in the center (for authenticity and crisping).

    Place on parchment-lined baking sheet slightly spaced apart.Bake for 13–16 minutes or until golden and crisp.Let cool completely to crisp up further.Keep in an airtight container for up to a week.(only if it lasts a week.. haha)

Hello,My name is Purvhee and I am a food and photography content creator! I love cooking and baking. I learned ABC of cooking from my grandmother and my mom. I started helping my mommy in the kitchen from very young age and enjoyed every bit of it. In 2011, right after having first child I decided to take care of him and so I became full time homemaker. Being home I was spending lot of time in the kitchen and experimenting many new dishes. I learned baking from watching YouTube videos and really liked baking.In 2020 during Covid Pandemic I had my second child.
