Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgpork
  2. 1 pinchsalt
  3. 3fresh tomatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop the pork into slices but don't wash. put the pork in a frying pan and a little oil just to trigger the pork to melt. let it cook over high heat. Once the pork start melting you can add some salt.

    After the pork has deep fried until dry remove from the oil and put in a plate to cool. Then chop the tomatoes and onions after washing them and mix the two.

    Serve with Ugali
