Fried pork/ugali/kachumbari/avocado
As usual a meal for two.
Steps

Put the water to boil add maize meal flour and ensure the ugali is cooked perfectly.

Preboil the pork first properly for health purposes.

When the pork is well cooked.Saute onions and add 1 chopped tomatoe with a pinch of salt.Cook untill soft,then add cooked pork and paprika,cook for a atleast 10-15mins.

Chop the onions,tomatoes and dhania finely put then into a bowl,give then a good mix.(I like my kachumbari cold so I always put them in the frigde before serving)totally optional.

Dice the avocado in a separate bowl.

Serve hot with chilly(optional)Enjoy.
