Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupbeans - boiled
  2. 1/2 cuprice
  3. 2large tomatoes - diced
  4. 1medium onion - sliced
  5. Cooking oil
  6. Salt
  7. Royco

Cooking Instructions

    You can boil the beans using a pressure cooker because it takes less time 15-20 minutes.

    In a sufuria place the onions and 3tbs cooking oil and let it cook until it turns golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes and stir then cover for 3-5 minutes (at medium heat). When the tomatoes have softened crash them until becomes pastelike.

    Add the beans and stir then add 1/2cup water and 1tsp of royco (optional) and 2 pinches of salt. Cover for 2 minutes then turn off the heat.
