Ingredients

  1. 6medium potatoes
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 1egg
  4. Handfuldhania
  5. Tea spoon of salt

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the potatoes

    Boil them for 5-10 minutes (ensure they don't over cook)

  3. 3

    Place the boiled potatoes in a dry bowl

  4. 4

    Mix the flour in a boil using water

  5. 5

    Beat an egg in the flour mixture then add salt and dhania

  6. 6

    Heat a pan with cooking oil

  7. 7

    Using a deep fry spoon take each potato deep in the flour mixture then fry in the hot cooking oil. Repeat them same with rest

  8. 8

    Serve while hot.
