Cooking Instructions

peel and wash the potatoes . then very thinly slice the potatoes and put into cold water till needed .

heat enough oil for deep frying in a saucepan or deep frier till hot . drain the chips then add to the hot oil . stir a little gently to ensure even cooking . leave to cook for about 10-15 minutes or until golden drown and very crisp . remove from the oil . drain . plate and add salt and vinegar for salt and vinegar chips or chicken season for chicken chips or bbq seasoning for bbq chips or chilli powder for chilli chips and so no ,the choice is yours lol .enjoy . :-)
