Ingredients

  1. batter mix:
  2. 3large shredded zucchini
  3. 4eggs
  4. 1 1/2 cupsflour
  5. 50/50mix sour cream and mayonnaise
  6. chopped dill
  7. 1chopped garlic clove
  8. 4tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Before mixing all the ingredients for the batter squeeze out the zucchini juice.

    Add more flour if necessary

  3. 3

    Fry on both sides

  4. 4

    Layer out all the prepared ingredients. First layer the zucchini pancake then spread the sour cream mix and cut tomatoes on top. Repeat!

    Let it cool down in the fridge for at least 10-15 minutes

  6. 6
