This is soooo good and a great way to use up that garden zucchini!

A co worker gave this recipe too me, it was hand written on an old piece of paper. She said when I make it she wanted some, so she will receive her own loaf.

You can use regular flour cup for cup, but take out the xanthum gum.

This cake is a family favorite recipe. The ganache is my own addition, because I'm not a fan of buttercream frostings. This cake stays moist and delicious for much longer than the average cake.

I'm trying to cook more vegan foods. I love this cake but it takes a lot of time. It is very similar to brownies but not as dense or sweet. A good way to trick your kids into eating veggies.
