Ingredients

  • 2whole chickens, boiled (about 6C)
  • 2pkgs Kraft Mac and cheese
  • 1 cancream of chicken soup
  • 1/2-3/4 Csharp cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 Cjarred parmesan cheese
  • Milk, for Mac and cheese
  • 1 stickbutter
  • 4 ozwhite sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 1 Cbeef broth
  • 1/8 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tspwhite pepper
  • Crushed red pepper flakes if desired

Steps

    Preheat oven to 375°

  2. 2

    Boil the chicken for 40 minutes. Let cool to debone. Break into pieces. Cook the Mac and cheese according to the box directions in a large saute pan.

    Add the soup to the pasta and mix on medium- low. Now add the cubed cheese, broth, cayenne and pepper and chicken. Put into a 9x13 baking pan and place the cheese slices on top. Bake in the oven for 5-6 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve.
