Ingredients

  1. 200 gall purpose flour
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. Oil for frying
  4. 1 tspblueband

    Put flour in a bowl. Add salt, and blueband and start to stir really well.

    Add warm water and knead very well.

    Knead to form a soft - hard dough

    Then cover with a towel and allow to rest for 20 minutes

    After like 20 minutes, the dough should be soft. Then divide the dough into 6 equal parts.

    Roll the chapati dough on a flat surface. Then take one tablespoon of oil and apply on top of the dough.

    Fold to form something straight like a rope. Fold it to form a ball.

    Then let it rest for like 5 minutes then take the dough and start rolling. Roll to form a circular dough.

    The dough should be thin. In the mean time heat the pan in the heat.

    Then put in the rolled chapati in a pan. Add oil on top. Turn cook until golden brown in each side.

    Then serve.
