I had some crab and green onions I needed to use up so daughter made crab cakes as I made crab salad. I am a big vegetable eater, so I always try to think of new ways to serve vegetables. Maybe try some tomatoes in it too, I didn't because my daughter is allergic to tomatoes while I love them.

Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspmayonnaise
  2. 4 tbspranch dressing
  3. 1 can6oz olives
  4. 2 pinchallspice
  5. 1 dashSMALL dash cayenne pepper
  6. 2 cupcrab or immatation crab
  7. 4 tbspparsley flakes
  8. 4 tsplemon juice
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. 1 tspground black pepper
  11. 5 eachgreen onions
  12. 1 dashground nutmeg
  13. 1 dashground ginger
  14. 2 dashasian seasoning
  15. 2 dashbasil
  16. 1 dashonion powder
  17. 2 dashoregano
  18. 2 pinchthyme
  19. 1 dashcrushed rosemary

Cooking Instructions

    Tear crab to bite sizes and place in mixing bowl

    Dice olives and add to crab

  3. 3

    Dice or take a pair of scissors and snip green onions and add to crab

  4. 4

    Stir

    Add lemon juice and cayenne pepper to bowl

    Stir very well

    Add crushed rosemary, thyme, oregano, onion powder, basil, Asian seasoning, ground ginger, nutmeg, ground black pepper, salt, parsley, allspice

    Mix well

    Add ranch dressing, mayonnaise

    Stir well

    Chill before serving
