  1. 2 cupswater
  2. 3 cupsmaize flour
  3. Mwiko

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 2 cups of water in a Sufuria.

  2. 2

    Start to add flour while mixing with a mwiko. Mix until the Ugali starts to thicken.

  3. 3

    Stop adding flour when a dough like mixture is formed.

  4. 4

    Cover for a few minutes to allow the Ugali to cook.

  5. 5

    Then uncover stir the ugali. Do this twice or thrice after which it will be ready.
