Ingredients

  1. 1Large Banana
  2. 1/2 cupChocolate Almond Milk
  3. 1Handful of Ice
  4. 1 1/2 tspPeanut Butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add milk to blender at first

  2. 2

    Break up the banana and place in blender with peanut butter

  3. 3

    Blend until mixed

  4. 4

    Add your handful of Ice at this point

  5. 5

    Blend for 30 seconds and it is complete.
