Ingredients

  1. 1/2chicken, cut and washed
  2. 2medium sized tomatoes, diced
  3. 1large onion diced
  4. 1diced red pepper
  5. salt
  6. cooking oil
  7. 2table spoonfuls diced coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Put chicken pieces in a cooking pot. Do not add water. Cover and boil until it runs out of moisture.

    Add cooking oil and stir with a cooking stick till the pieces turn golden brown

  3. 3

    Add the onions and continue stirring for a while then add the tomatoes, the pepper and salt to taste.

    Cover with a lead to allow the tomatoes to soften. Stir to spread the tomatoes uniformly. Add a cup of water. Stir then cover.

    Let the mixture cook to your liking.

  6. 6

    Serve while hot with fried cabbage and chapati, or any preferred starch and greens.
