Ingredients

  1. 8.8 ozchicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  2. 1/2 cuproasted cashew nuts
  3. 1 cupdiced bell peppers (red, yellow, and green)
  4. 1/2 cupcooked water chestnuts
  5. 1/2large onion, cut into pieces
  6. 2green onions, cut into sections
  7. 4-5dried chilies, cut into sections and fried
  8. 2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
  9. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  10. 1 tablespoonsugar
  11. 1 tablespoonChinese cooking wine
  12. 2 tablespoonstempura flour
  13. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan. Coat the chicken pieces with tempura flour and fry until slightly cooked. Remove and set aside.

    Pour out excess oil, leaving a little in the pan. Add the onion and bell peppers, stir-frying until the onion is translucent. Add the fried chicken and water chestnuts, stirring to combine.
