Tomato and Cucumber Salad

Name: Tomato and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients: 1 seedless cucumber unpeeled and sliced thinly; 2 or 3 medium tomatoes, seeds removed and sliced; 1/2 of a medium red onion thinly sliced; 1 cup italian dressing of choice (kens italian is my "go to"); 2 tsp italian seasoning; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp sugar

This is a salad I make ALL summer. This is just the basic recipe but you can think outside the box with this and add Parmesan, pepperoni, provolone, salami, additional veggies like roasted peppers or celery etc etc. Its so simple but delicious!

2or 3 medium tomatoes, seeds removed and sliced
1/2of a medium red onion thinly sliced
1 cupitalian dressing of choice (kens italian is my "go to")
2 tspitalian seasoning
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tspsugar

Cooking Instructions

Place first three ingredients in a bowl. Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over.

At this point I refrigerate for AT LEAST two hrs before serving.

The only thing i do differently on the recipe is i use one large seedless cucumber, around 12" and omit the tomatoes. Very tasty side dish, enjoy!
