Ingredients

  1. 150 gFlour
  2. 2eggs(yellow)
  3. 3ripe bananas
  4. Pinchsalt(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Mash or blend the ripe bananas into a bowl.

  2. 2

    Beat the eggs and whisk though the mashed bananas.

  3. 3

    Now add in the flour and some water gradually while whisking till the mixture is lightly thick.

  4. 4

    Add some oil in the hot pan and spread it round the pan.

  5. 5

    Add in the a small mixture in the pan and swirl around to spread it. Wait till it cooks and overturn the other side.

  6. 6

    Repeat procedure 5 until the mixture is over.
