Ingredients

  1. 2large Semi -Ripe mangoes
  2. 3 tbssmall fresh red/Green chilli
  3. 3 tbscooking oil
  4. 1 tbssalt
  5. 1Large lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the mangoes and chop them in small pieces

  2. 2

    Chop the chillies in small pieces

  3. 3

    Preheat the oil in a pan and add the chopped mangoes

  4. 4

    Stir till it starts to soften then add the chopped chillies

  5. 5

    Cut the lemon in two pieces and squeeze the juice into the mixture in the pan and continue to stir..

    Let the mixture cook for 5min and keep stirring

  7. 7

    Remove the sauce after 5min and let it cool then serve

  8. 8

    Served with desired accompaniment
