I wanted my family to be happy this Sunday so I prepared them minced meat with mashed potatoes. I added some spices to make it sweeter.

    Prepare the ingredients.Heat Cooking oil and fry the minced meat till it stop looking reddish

    Continue stirring as you add tomatoes and onions.

  3. 3

    Stir till done. Add spice to the minced meat and salt and stir for a minute or so.

    Add Bristol and say sauce to a little water and to the mixture

  5. 5

    Add the steamed French beans, green peppers and carrots

  6. 6

    Cook for a few minutes and put aside.

    Peel, chop and wash the potatoes and put to boil with salt.

  8. 8

    Drain excess water and add margarine and milk.

  9. 9

    Mash them till soft.

  10. 10

    Serve with minced meat. Tip you can add cheese or parsley to the mashed potatoes if you want
