Ingredients

  1. 2 lbground beef or bison
  2. 1 packagesTaco seasoning
  3. 1 packagesHidden Valley ranch dressing mix
  4. 3 canstewed tomatoes with peppers and onions
  5. 1 canpinto beans (undrained)
  6. 1 cankidney beans (undrained)
  7. 1 canGreen Giant Mexicorn (undrained)
  8. 1 1/2 tspcayenne pepper (add to taste)
  9. 1 dashlight sour cream
  10. 1 dashshredded Mexican cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Saute ground meat until brown.

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients except the sour cream and cheese. Mix and simmer until flavors blend. Add cayenne pepper to taste.

    Ladle into a bowl, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and add a dollop of sour cream.
