I pulled thus recipe awhile back when I started my health kick, it has evolved into what it is now. Loaded with vitamins one serving contains a complete dose of vitamin C.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupvanilla yogurt
  2. 1/2 cupOrange juice
  3. 1 cupstrawberries
  4. 1 cupbanana
  5. 1/2 cupblueberries
  6. 1banana
  7. 1kiwi
  8. 1 cuppeaches

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add yogurt and orange juice to the blender

  2. 2

    wash and add all of the remaining ingredients, try to use at least 2 frozen fruits to give the smoothie a thick consistency.

  3. 3

    Pulse in the blender until mixed, then blend on high until desired consistency is reached
