Roasted Acorn Squash

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F

Slice stems off squash. Cut in half horizontally (stem on each side). Scoop out seeds and membranes and discard

Brush insides with olive oil and sprinkle each side with 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice and salt
- 4
Place squash on baking sheet, stems down. Bake for 50 minutes or until tender
- 5
Works as a bowl for your favorite soup, salad, or gumbo.
