An Omelette to Satisfying Both Body and Soul! An Omelette to Satisfying Both Body and Soul!
I added mozzarella cheese to the omelette that my mother used to make when I was a child. Now it's truly a substantial dish that will satisfy anyone.Sauté bacon and onion slowly to bring out the sweetness and flavour.Turn off the heat immediately after the eggs are soft cooked, as it will continue to cook in residual heat. The use of kitchen paper to steam while forming into a shape helps to make the omelette nice and fluffy. Recipe by 1646 cookpad.japan -
Omurice (Rice Omelette) Omurice (Rice Omelette)
I feel so happy when I have delicious food. The memory of those flavors lingers on afterwards. Recently, I've been thinking that it's so wonderful to be able to share the same memories with people important to you through cooking. It may look like there are many steps in this omelette recipe, but it's actually a simple way to recreate the "fluffy and creamy" texture of restaurant omelette without fail. Please adjust the cooking times in Steps 1 and 4 to taste! It's best to stop cooking the omelette when it's softer-set than you think it ought to be. For 2 large servings!. Recipe by Masa yon cookpad.japan -

Sweetened Tamagoyaki Rolled Omelette for Bento Sweetened Tamagoyaki Rolled Omelette for Bento
This is my usual bento omelette. I always just estimate the ingredient amounts, but this time I measured them. This makes it easier to teach the recipe to family members. It contains sugar so it will burn if you turn the heat too high. Start on medium heat, warm the frying pan, coat with oil and warm, then pour in the mixture. Cook over fairly low to low heat. Finally, turn the heat up to medium to cook through. Spanish Omelette Spanish Omelette
I learned this recipe from my mother-in-law.It's perfect for something to eat with drinks, to pack in your lunch, or have for dinner. It's important to take time when cooking each side. If you cook it over high heat, it'll burn the surface and leave the inside uncooked, making it hard to flip over. Recipe by Monkichip cookpad.japan -
Omelette Frittata Omelette Frittata
I made this delicious Omelette Frittata because both my husband and I absolutely love it. I wanted to make something that didn’t need to much time in the kitchen, because I have also been working on some other small projects that I needed to finish asap. This is a pretty simple recipe with a variety of delicious ingredients that can be put together rather quickly, so if your in a rush try out this Frittata. 🙂When we first moved to NL I was shocked that ovens are quite small……I mean microwave small!! so as a cook this completely blew me away, and I have to admit baking is surely a huge challenge for me. If your oven is large enough then just add the eggs into the mixture and then straight into your oven. If not then do what I do toss the ready made ingredients from the skillet into a oil brushed baking pan and then add the eggs. This is a bit of extra work but at the end it is all worth it. 🙂Who knows maybe someday I will be able to afford a nice size oven, I will keep hoping 🙂 Foodzesty -

Our Family's Easily Wrapped Omelette with Minced Meat Our Family's Easily Wrapped Omelette with Minced Meat
Our omelette is based on memories of one made by my mother. The filling is thick, which makes it easier to make and easier to eat. It's also a great way of making omelette that has too much filling and can't be wrapped.Thickening the meat sauce makes this omelette easier to eat. Because we eat a lot of it in our family, there is always too much filling and I can't wrap it. This is where the recipe comes in. Recipe by Usagimam cookpad.japan -
