Ingredients

  1. 200 gmPaneer
  2. 2-3 tspPowder sugar
  3. 6-7 Dates
  4. 1 tspGulkand
  5. 1 tspBeetroot juice
  6. 1 cupGrated coconut for coating

Cooking Instructions

    Grate the paneer add powder sugar mix well

  2. 2

    Mashed the paneer very well and make a soft and smooth dough

  3. 3

    Heat ghee in a pan add dates till rost 1-2 min add gulkand in bowl shift divide into equal size balls

    Take a paneer dough in to a flat thin circle place the dates balls in the center

  5. 5

    Cover it get round shape

  6. 6

    For colour:- take a 1/2 cup grated coconut add beetroot juice

  7. 7

    Coat laddus half portion with white coconut and half portion coloured coconut and serve.
