Cooking Instructions

Heat the oil in a sufuria, add the cumin seeds, Once they splutter add onions fry till they brown and chopped chilies and fry for a few seconds

Add tomatoes and cook till soft, add the spices and mix well.

Gradually start adding the cabbage ensuring to mix well, sprinkle salt stir well and reduce heat and let it cook giving it a stir very once in a while
- 4
Once ready, turn off the heat.

Serve with ugali, rice or chapati.
