Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1Large Raddish (chopped into small cubes)
  2. 1Large Carrot (chopped into small cubes)
  3. 10Green Chillies (Sliced)
  4. 1 TbspCooking Oil
  5. 1/2 TspMustard seeds
  6. 3Dried Red Chillies (cut into halves)
  7. 1/2 TspTurmeric powder
  8. 1/2 TspFenugreek seed powder
  9. 1/4 TspAsafoetida powder
  10. 1 TspSugar
  11. 3 TbspWhite Vinegar
  12. Salt

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    To a heating pan add oil. When the oil is hot add mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds start to pop, add red chillies and fry it lightly.

    Add chopped raddish, carrot and green chillies to the pan. Mix it well. Cover the pan with a lid. Allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Now add turmeric powder, fenugreek powder, asafoetida powder, sugar, salt and vinegar. Mix it well and cook for another one minute.

    Serve it hot or cold as a side dish with Rice or Roti.
