Cooking Instructions

Chop tomatoes wash and boil them add boiled maize.

Boil the peas and mash them.
- 3
Mash the potatoes and maize then add the mashed minji add salt to taste.

Fry your onions till brown add the mashed mokimo for five minutes.
- 5
Fry onions till tender add the chopped tomatoes for five minutes then add the grated carrots and cabbage steam for five minutes.
- 6
Serve while hot.

It's just a recipe off the top of my head.I bet using shirasu or semi-dried salted tiny sardines (chirimenjako) flavored with soy sauce would taste good.
